Rock Hunter

Explanation: Track our rock hunter as he travels through four states in search of specimens for "The Swap Show".  Students will use geological maps, charts, and tools to learn his tricks.  They will discover the types of rocks the hunter collected, where they were found and their approximate age.

Length: 45-minute lab
