Over half of American adults don’t have a will, but this event can help!  Have you recently started living on your own, been married, had kids, or lost a loved one? Life changes like these make having a will all the more important.  Estate planning attorney Michael Licari with Bonahoom & Bobilya, LLC will be available to help create your FREE, simple will and answer any legal questions as long as you designate a gift to any charitable organization.

By having a will, you can ensure:

• Your property is distributed according to your wishes
• A personal representative is selected to handle your affairs
• A guardian is named for minor children and dependents
