4. Watch as your picture appears on the monitor.

Explanation:

A computer captures an image of your picture using a scanner. A computer program merges your picture with the images in the program, which are then displayed on the monitor.

Application:

This exhibit merges art and technology. Many fields, from architecture to photography, meteorology to gaming use computer programs to create unique imagery.
