Collectively, these are referred to as “services” in this terms of service (“terms”) while Science Central is referred to as “us”, “we”, or “our”.

Accuracy of Information
Science Central strives to provide you with accurate and up-to-date information about Science Central’s services. However, despite our best efforts, it is inevitable that some inaccuracies may occasionally be present. For this reason, please contact Science Central to confirm the accuracy of the particulars of our services. Further, Science Central reserves the right to change service pricing, times, details, and other specifications without notice. Science Central has limited to no control over the accuracy of information about our services that exist on other, non-Science Central controlled websites and sources.
Applicable Law
By utilizing our services, you agree that the laws of the state of Indiana, without regard to principles of conflict laws apply and will solely govern these terms, or any dispute of any sort that might arise.
Comments, Reviews, and Emails
Visitors may post content as long as it is not obscene, illegal, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy or injurious in any other way to Science Central, our staff/representatives, or to outside third parties. Content must be free of software viruses, political campaign, and commercial solicitation.
We reserve all rights (but not the obligation) to remove and/or edit such content. When you post your content, you grant Science Central non-exclusive, royalty-free and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, and modify such content throughout the world in any media.

Every time you send us an email or use our services, you are communicating with Science Central. You hereby consent to receive communications from us. Content published on our services (website, digital downloads, images, texts, graphics, brochures, handouts, logos, etc.) is the exclusive property of Science Central and protected by copyright laws.
Disputes
Any dispute related in any way to your use of our services or to products you purchase from us shall be venued in the state or federal courts of Fort Wayne, Indiana and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
License and Site Access
We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of our services. You are not allowed to download or modify them without written consent from Science Central.
Limits on Liability
You expressly agree that your use of this website is at your sole risk. We make no guarantee of the safety or security of the site or that the service will function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections. To the extent permitted by law, we also disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Under no circumstance will we be liable to you for lost profits, revenues, information loss, data loss, or consequential, indirect, punitive, or incidental damages arising out of your use of our services and these terms.
Member/Donor Privacy
Science Central is firmly committed to protecting the privacy of our donors. We do not share our membership or donor information with any outside entities, except for companies that we must work with to conduct our business that must comply with our privacy policy (click here) or unless we are legally obligated to provide such information. Certain aggregate data, which does not identify specific donors or their personal information, may be shared with funders, government organizations, and other groups.
Payments
You represent that if you are purchasing goods or services from us that (i) any credit or banking information you supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company or bank, (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted or agreed upon prices.
Photo Policy
Science Central and the media frequently take photos/videos of visitors which may be used for future Science Central promotions or publicity. These photos may be used without your consent and without compensation. If you do not want your image used, please avoid photographers and inform them of your desire. As a visitor, you are welcome to take photos for non-commercial use at Science Central.

Refund Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable, except when we are required to do so under applicable law.
If you are dissatisfied with goods or services purchased from Science Central we will respectfully consider any request made using this form (click here). However, refunds of services rendered are at the sole discretion of Science Central and we make no guarantee regarding the outcome of our refund decision.
In general, refunds are given in the form of a Science Central Gift Card equaling the amount of the refund.
User Account
If you are an owner of an account on this website, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private user details (username and password). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. We reserve all rights to block/terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel services in our sole discretion.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these terms. All provisions of the terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
